Jorge Campuzano

Owners Corporation Manager

With over 18 years of legal experience in Mexico, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Banking & Finance and Compliance, Jorge transitioned to real estate in Australia, seeking a field where his skills could thrive. Owners Corporation management was a natural fit - combining regulatory frameworks and corporate governance, much like his previous work. Now, Jorge brings that expertise to Inner Real Estate, ensuring properties are managed with precision and care.

Why work at Inner Real Estate?
My wife worked here years ago and always spoke highly of the Cimino family's integrity and the team's supportive yet professional culture. When the opportunity arose, I knew it was the perfect balance - a close-knit, family-oriented business with ambitious growth. If you're looking for a workplace where hard work is valued and relationships matter, this is it.
What does life outside of work look like?
Busy, but fulfilling! I have two young children (4 years and 10 months), and my time outside of the office is dedicated to them. Moving to Australia was about prioritising family, and now I spend my days immersed in dinosaur facts and monster truck adventures.
What makes a good Owners Corporation Manager?
My opinion is that an OC Manager shouldn't be any different to any other professional job. An OC Manager should go beyond the basics - processing invoices and running meetings is just the start. True professionalism means delivering measurable value, improving the properties we manage, and setting a higher standard. I believe in leaving a lasting, positive impact on every building we oversee, ensuring owners and residents see the difference we make.
